- Conduct a detailed review of the submitted quotation(s) from the interested insurance carriers.
- Organize and summarize the plan quotations of the best potential fits for presentation to our client to include:
- Plan features and cost comparisons (for the company and the employees).
- The strengths and weaknesses of the various carriers.
- The added value services provided by each carrier.
- Assist our client through the evaluation of the options and in the selection of the best fit for their unique needs.
- Administration, registration and set-up.
After Sales Support
- Provide plan education for the plan administrator and employees.
- Facilitate ongoing information exchange and problems solving functions.
- To be the main liaison between the client, their employees and the insurance carrier.
- Taking calls, problem solving, answering questions and providing responses to inquiries.
- Conduct ongoing plan review and analysis.
- Ensure ongoing open communication.
- Forward health related information and articles of interest and concern to our clients and their employees.
